Great floral design in honor of Maria SS. of Conadomini
"La Scala Infiorata" is a tribute to the Virgin Mary. Of Conadomini, patron of the city. Thousands of vases with plants from different shades of color, form one grand design on the Scala Santa Maria del Monte.
Piazza Municipio and Via Principe Amedeo you can admire "The Flower Festival" in its entirety. It 's definitely a unique show of its kind along the famous "Scala lit" on 24 and 25 July and on 14 and 15 August.
The duration of over a month allows tourists and visitors to plan their coming to admire the grandeur of the Scala Santa Maria del Monte, pottery and flowers spring colors. Their presence is in fact more and more numerous.

Handed down from generation to generation, the Flower Festival has spanned the centuries and has grown to become one of the religious events, the best known historical and folklore in Italy and in the world. More than 150 thousand visitors every year come from all over to enjoy the wonderful flower carpets that cover via Italo Belardi making a work of art.
In 2011, the floral display was awarded by the Ministry of Tourism, the recognition of "Heritage of Italy for the tradition."
